Another heads up: unless you are a Platinum or Diamond Card Club member you can not eat in the café after 3pm. I had the front desk hand write and initial on my final statement that I turned in our pool cards. Otherwise it is your word against theirs that you turned the cards in. When you check out and turn in your pool towels insist that they make a notation on your check out statement. The manager of the hotel (with whom I was having a conversation with regarding the problems with the front desk at check in) informed me that if the pool towel card is not returned at check out you will be charged $35 per missing card. This is a heads up regarding the pool towel card. I really liked the idea of the lounge cover in addition to your towel. You are issued 'Pool Towel' card that you can take to the towel cabana and receive 1 towel and 1 lounge cover. The swim up bar is nice and they have a dry eating area next to the bar. The price includes bottled water and fruit plate.
They are furnished with nice horse shoe shaped lounges plus 2 lounge chairs. They also have cabanas for renting 4 Hrs for $60 or 8 Hours for $100. We spent the day at the pool which is a nice area with nice padded lounges, umbrellas for every pair of lounges. Said she would call our cell phone when our room was ready. Check in at the hotel was less then satisfactory front desk employee could really use some communication skills.
